Information Alternatives, Inc. (Formerly Professional Land Management Company) is owned and operated by Sharon and Chuck Williamson.
Sharon and Chuck have been managing condominium and HOA property in the Wood River Valley since 1984. Professional Land Management was purchased by Premier Resorts in 1995/96. Sharon and Chuck started Information Alternatives in 1998 as a database company for condominium associations. In 2001, they started a condominium association crisis managment company to assist Association Boards in turning around failing condominium projects.
Chuck has been the General Manager for the Sun Valley Elkhorn Association. A large scale HOA located in Sun Valley Idaho. Sharon manages the Ranch Condominium Association, Fairway Nine I and Fairway Nine VII, Morningstar, The Camp Condominiums and the Bluff Condominiums in Sun Valley Idaho.
